Kenny is an experienced HR Professional with an established track record spanning over 25 years at senior and Board level in a wide range of settings in the public, voluntary and private sectors. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Kenny is skilled in providing organisations and businesses with clear and pragmatic advice in all aspects of HR practice including restructuring and redundancy, TUPE transfer, policy development, performance management, recruitment, HR audit, discipline and grievance and attendance management as well advising on all aspects of employment law, documentation and best practice. Kenny serves as a non-executive Director and Trustee of Routes to Work, a charity offering employability support to long term unemployed people in North Lanarkshire.
Tony is an effective Senior HR Professional with 20 years experience in a variety of roles focussing most recently on employee engagement and workforce development across a large multi-site organisation. Tony’s experiences vary from managing projects on strategic initiatives to culture change and organisational development. Tony has extensive experience of working with small businesses, too, reviewing their HR provision and helping them to become more people focussed and less reactive to the challenges that many small businesses face balancing priorities. Tony’s specific areas of interest include, HR Audit, work-force planning, mentoring line management teams, developing leadership and transactional and transformational people management processes.
